are the two pillars of Pulse.

Dance, the Modern Jazz, The modern Jazz and Classic Contemporary ,
Classical dance form like Kathak, the happening Hip-hop and Bollywood the one word
that makes everyone goes Dhak dhak - all is there at Pulse for the kids,
the young and the not so young. Everyone can put on their dancing shoes
and just learn how to dance while enjoying themselves.
As with any form of exercise, dancing is going to improve your health. Dancing helps burn off fat and is a great cardiovascular activity. It also helps reduce your chances of developing high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Dancing is a particularly great idea if you are looking for something to supplement an exercise/ diet programme, and with the release of endorphins, it can also help relieve the stresses of everyday life!!
